Manager, Performance Engineering
Reporting to the Director of Performance Engineering, the Manager, Performance Engineering oversees performance assurance and savings verification activities for NORESCO’s portfolio of energy savings performance contracts throughout the United States. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of building and managing high performance teams, identifying and exploiting opportunities for improvements in process, productivity, quality and customer service, and the management of data technology initiatives.
Specific responsibilities:
- Work across the organization to ensure the long term success and performance of NORESCO’s energy efficiency projects.
- Manage a growing staff of energy engineers and performance data specialists.
- Control data collection, analysis and reporting activities to ensure that customer deliverables and invoices are accurate, complete and timely.
- Provide feedback on project and technology performance to development teams and support risk assessment for new projects.
- Monitor project performance metrics; partner with internal and external stakeholders to address performance issues.
- Prepare budgets for performance assurance services; forecast resource requirements and manage expenses to meet department and project budgets.
Education/Experience:
BS and 7+ years of experience, including 3+ years of management experience. MBA is desirable.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem solving skills.
