The KOOL FM JET Contest Rules and Regulations
-The Kool FM Jet Contest consists of 4 all-inclusive trips for 2 adults:One (1), 7 night All Inclusive holiday to Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, One (1) 7 night All Inclusive holiday to Riviera Maya, Mexico, One (1), 7 night All Inclusive holiday to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, One (1), 7 night All Inclusive holiday to Varadero, Cuba.
-The KOOL FM Jet will run from Monday January 2nd, 2017 until Friday January 26th, 2017. A trip will be awarded to a lucky qualifier every Monday morning during the contest (January 8th, January 15th, January 22nd, and January 29th)
-To successfully qualify for the Kool FM Jet Contest you must be the 7th caller though at 705-727-1075 when the KOOL FM Jet Cue to Call sounder airs. The Kool FM Jet Cue-to-Call Sounder will run anywhere from 30-40 times per week. A Listener is only able to qualify once a week. If it is discovered that a listener has qualified more than once, all entries will become null and void. All qualifiers who don`t win the weekly grand prize will be eligible to re-qualify each week for the following weeks prize.
-One grand prize consisting of an all-inclusive trip for two adults will be awarded every Mondaymorning at 8:10amduring the Kool FM Mornings with Dale and Charlie. In order for a grandprize winner to claim their prize they’ll need to be listening for their name at 8:10am on the Monday Morning following the week they qualified. If it’s called, they’ll have 10 minutes and 75 seconds to call back and claim their trip. If they don’t call back before the timer expires, they forfeit their chance at being a winner and Kool FM will draw another namefrom the list of qualifiers. This process will be repeated until will we award the grand prize. After a grand prize is awarded all other qualifiers will be wiped and KOOL FM will start the qualifying process over again.
-107.5 Kool FM is not responsible for a listener's inability to call due to service interruption, technical problems, the failure of telephone or electronic equipment, or the inability of a listener to contact Kool FM for any reason whatsoever. Decisions of Kool FM are final and cannot be challenged.
-107.5 Kool FM reserves the right to amend the rules at any time and make the changes effective retroactive. If after the contest has begun, changes or updates are made, the changes will be announced on the day the changes are made.

-Approximate retail value of each trip is $3000 (excluding taxes). Actual retail value may vary depending on departure date.
-Travel must be taken February 1st, 2018 to December 15th, 2018. Reservations must be made by June 30th, 2018. Travel must be taken in the time period specified and cannot be extended beyond that date. Standard blackouts will apply such as: February 24th - April 01st, 2018and July 21st to August 05th, 2018,
- The winner and his/her travel guests must each have proof of valid travel documents prior to ticketing. The winner and his/her travel guests must be Canadian residents to qualify for the Prize. The winner and his/her travel guests must travel on the same itinerary. The winner and his/her travel guests must have the right to enter destination won. A minimum of one person, either the Grand Prize winner or one of the travel guests, must hold a valid credit card to cover any incidentals or any other requirement that may be required at the hotel,as well as all other expenses not specified herein or listed within the travel brochure, including but not limited to telephone or fax, gratuities, optional tours, additional fees, insurance, medical travel documents, personal expenses, and any other costs not specifically stated herein as being included, are the sole responsibility of the winner and his/her guests.
-In the eventuality that the Winner and his/her guests resides in a city that requires transportation to Transat departure cities, the costs associated with such transportation are the winner’s and his/her guests entire responsibility. No extensions will be permitted and the prize cannot be exchanged, transferred or substituted for cash, except that Transat reserves the right to offer a comparable product in the event of a vacation package cancellation, Act of God or other unforeseen circumstances.
-The Grand Prize winner shall not be entitled to receive, in cash, certificate or otherwise, the balance of any amount representing the difference of the Grand Prize retail value and actual cost. No frequent flyer miles will be available.
-The prize winner must be at least 19 years old to claim the prize.
-The prizes offered are subject to the operation of the charter series and or the tour package program.
-In the event a prize winner is unable to redeem the prize, as awarded Transat, tripcentral.ca, 107.5 Kool FM nor any party associated with this prize, will not provide compensation or substitutions.
-The Kool FM JetContest is open to anyone residing within the KOOL FM coverage area,over the age of 19, excluding personnel of 107.5 Kool FM, Central Ontario Broadcasting, Transat, tripcentral.ca their affiliated companies or subsidiaries, their advertising and promotional agencies and members of their respective families.
- By entering this contest you are giving 107.5 Kool FM and their promotional partners consent to publicize and/or broadcast your name/character and you forfeit the right to decline being part of an interview.
-107.5 Kool FM and it’s promotional partners reserve the right, in their absolute discretion, to
disqualify without notice any entrant that they find to be: violating the Contest rules;
tampering or attempting to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest
or any Contest website; acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with the
intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person; or attempting to undermine
the legitimate operation of the Contest. Any attempt by an entrant or any other individual
to undermine the legitimate operation of this Contest may be a violation of criminal and/or
civil laws. Should any such attempt be made, KOOL FM reserve the right to
seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law, including criminal
prosecution, and Central Ontario Broadcasting reserves the right to ban or disqualify an entrant from this Contest and any future contests.
-107.5 Kool FM, Central Ontario Broadcasting, Transat, tripcentral.ca will not be responsible or liable in anyway in regards to the prize, or any aspect of the prize, not being available, due to circumstances beyond their control.
-107.5 Kool FM, Central Ontario Broadcasting, Transat, tripcentral.ca, will not be responsible or liable in anyway for injury of any degree including death to the winner and/or their guest in regards to the grand prize.
-The winner is responsible for getting his/hers own traveler's insurance if he or she chooses.
