You are a minister of hospitality and should be of good disposition and a welcoming presence to the members of our community. When handing out worship aids, remember this is your role during the liturgy.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the beginning of the liturgical celebration with your Ambassador for Christ jacket. Your assigned door position can be found above. When you arrive, please check in with the Head Porter from the CMP-L class. They will be waiting by the Front Entrance – East Door.
Once you have checked in, make your way to your assigned door. The CMP-L class will have placed the worship aids near each door. When students begin to arrive, please welcome the students who are attending this liturgy and provide them with a worship aid. Please make special note of visitors who may be attending the liturgy, welcoming them and informing them that they may sit in the top row of any bleacher area. They are also welcome to sit in the Campus Ministry section on the South-West side of Claver Center (the first three rows of the bleachers). When mass begins, you are welcomed to sit in the Campus Ministry section yourself.
When the closing processional begins, when the priest and altar servers stand to leave, please make your way to the assigned ushering position (U2 for example). Once there, assist the Campus Minister with collecting the worship aids. Once you have collected these worship aids, take them to the recycling dumpster behind the food service center.
Thank you for your service in this celebration. Peace and Goodness, CMP-L class.
