Background of Project
Vanguard Healthcare Pte Ltd (“Vanguard”) is a related company of MOH Holdings Pte Ltd (MOHH), the holding company of Singapore’s public healthcare entities. The public healthcare institutions comprises of three clusters (the “Clusters”), namely National Healthcare Group, National University Health System and Singapore Health Services.
To align with the Ministry of Health’s roadmap in building nursing homes/assisted living facilities within the community to meet the aging population needs and to free up hospital beds, the Woodlands Care Home (WCH) has commenced operations in mid Oct 2017. To ensure ample circulation of clean air indoors, Vanguard seeks to procure the services for thesupply and delivery of air purifiers and air coolers for WCHby end-Mar 2018.
Objective of Project
Vanguard seeks to procure the services for thesupply and delivery of air purifiers and air coolers for WCH by end-Mar 2018.
The successful vendor shall provide a warranty period of twelve (12) months for the air purifiers and air coolers.
Participating Procedures
The Tender process shall be as follows:
1)Interested participant shall first read the Confidentiality Undertakings Letter (“Letter”) and Annexure 1 attached in Annex A to this Notice. If the participant is agreeable to be bound by the terms of this Letter and Annexure 1, the interested participant may proceed to request for the Tender documents by sending an email to
request for the electronic Tender documents. In the email, please state the following:
−company name;
−company registration number;
−business address and
−the name, designation, contact number and email address of your company representative who will be the primary contact for all communications with Vanguard Healthcare pertaining to the Tender (“Representative”), with the Subject line as “Response to VANPROITT18001- Tender for the Supply and Delivery of Air Purifiers and Air Coolers for Woodlands Care Home (WCH)”.
2)Instructions relating to your submission of Proposal will be stipulated in the Tender documentation. Only Proposals submitted in compliance with such instructions will be considered.
3)The Tender closing date is on12 Feb 2018, 17:00 hrs (SG Time).
