Nomination process
/ This course is for Lifeline Utility Coordinatorsor, in regions where a dedicated Lifeline Utility Coordinator role is not established, the CDEM staff member who primarily carries out the Lifelines Coordination function. There isa maximum of 25 participants on the course. This allows for 1-2 Lifeline Utility Coordinators from each CDEM Group.Please complete the nomination form on page 2 of this document and email it to your CDEM Group Emergency Management Office & MCDEM Regional Emergency Management Advisor/Coordinator by Friday 12 September 2014, when nominations close.
After nominations close, MCDEM will emailall nominees to confirm placement on the course.
What is the cost of attending?
/ There is no cost to attend the course.However, participants or their organisations need to fund and organise travel, accommodation and other related expenses.Course Nomination Form

- your CDEM Group Emergency Management Office, and
- your Regional Emergency Management Advisor/Coordinator
Nominations must be received by Friday 12 September 2014
Places are limited to 25.MCDEM will contact successful nominees by email the week after nominations close.
