Coaches Code

· I believe that athletics is a significant part of a sound educational program and provides an opportunity to build good character.

· I accept the Champions of Character values and understand the importance of those values and developing character in student athletes.

· I will strive to model the Champions of Character values in every aspect of my coaching and my life.

· I will make every effort to incorporate the Champions of Character values into practices and competition.

· I will expect student athletes under my direction to exhibit the Champions of Character values on and off the field of competition and will communicate this expectation to them before the start of the season.

· I will use every opportunity to reinforce the Champions of Character values with the student athletes under my direction.
