NOTE: / Center-right outlet shown. Other outlets similar.
NOTE: / Each air outlet can be serviced without removal of the instrument panel trim cover. Illustration shown with trim cover removed for clarity.
- Each air outlet (1) is secured by a retaining tab (3) located on the outlet, and a stop tab (4) located on the back of the trim panel. Access the retaining tab from the inside of the air outlet, through the square openings (2) provided.
- Rotate the louvers of the air outlet (1) in the instrument panel (6) to the eleven-o-clock position (2).
- Adjust the louvers partly downward for best access.
- Working from inside of the air outlet, place a small screwdriver (4) or equivalent through the square opening (5), located at the twelve-thirty position (3).

- Carefully pry the retaining tab (1) toward the center of the air outlet (2) and rotate the outlet counterclockwise.
NOTE: / If the foam seal on the air outlet is deformed or damaged, the seal must be replaced.
- Pull the air outlet straight out of the instrument panel.

- Remove the HVAC outlet (1).
- Position the steering wheel into the full down position.
- Remove the steering column opening cover (3).
- Remove the two center HVAC outlets.
- If equipped with power windows, using a Trim Stick C-4755 or a suitable flat bladed tool, gently pry the switch assembly (2) away from the instrument cluster bezel (1).
- For vehicles without power windows, using a Trim Stick C-4755 or a suitable flat bladed tool, gently pry the storage bin assembly away from the bezel and remove.
- Disconnect the switch assembly electrical connector and remove the switch.
- Remove the storage bin mat and remove the top screw (1).
- Remove the screw (2) from the switch opening.
- Remove the screws (3).
CAUTION: / Do not use tools to release the lower bezel retaining clips or damage to the bezel and reinforcment ring can occur.
- Without the use of tools reach into the IP cavity through the vent openings (1) and firmly grasp the lower bezel (2) behind the bezel reinforcement ring and carefully pull the bezel back to release the lower retaining clips (3).
- Release the remaining 13 retaining clips (1) and remove the bezel (2).
- Disconnect the power window switch electrical connector, if equipped.

- Remove the 4 radio mounting fasteners.
- Pull out the radio and disconnect the electrical and antenna connectors.
- Remove the radio.
