As most of you will know the HCCN Charity is moving forward to help and support the Huntingdon Community Cancer Network. Like any charity it can only be run with the aid of friends, members, sponsors and other interested parties wishing to help raise and donate funds, so with this in mind we have decided to start a 100 club which is a great way for you to support and help us whilst having a bit of a flutter at the same time.

Here’s how it works if you would like to join:

1. Please can you complete and sign the membership and bank information form overleaf for our records and an email will be sent with your membership number.

2. Complete a Standing Order mandate (it is preferable if you set this up yourself via the branch, phone or internet banking) for £4.00 a month payable to us on the 5th of each month or a cheque for the annual amount would be acceptable.

3. If this is not possible we will use the information supplied and submit the standing order mandate overleaf on your behalf to the bank

4. This will buy you one allocated membership number, which is entered into a monthly draw (please note all participants must be over 16 years of age) which will be drawn on the last Friday of each month at the drop in session in Huntingdon.

5. If you win, a cheque or bank transfer, whichever you prefer, will be posted to your home address or bank and the name of the winners published in the HCCN newsletter, website and on our Facebook page.

6. The size of the prizes will be decided by the number of participants but at least 50% of annual income must be paid out in prize money which includes higher draws at Christmas

Please note any bank account information supplied to us will be kept confidential as per the Hinchingbrooke NHS Trust Data Protection protocol
