General Specifications:
All Information stored in a Windows compatible file for storage and retrieval (File name is made of: Patients Last Name, Date and Time – to the second).
Any Windows compatible media (CD, DVD, ZIP, JAZ, or Mag-Tape) can be used for information backup.
Report printing can be accomplished via any Windows compatible Printer (i.e. HP, Okidata, Lexmark, Brother, … all models).
Report printing can also be done via fax using standard Windows fax drivers (i.e. Winfax Microsoft fax, … ).
Total automatic operation – Only enter the patients last name and the system operation including report printing can be automatic.
Analysis specifications:
3 Channel ECG QRS Detection (automatic).
3 Channel ST Analysis.
The Channel(s) of ST to be analyzed are selectable (channel 1, channel 2, or channel 3 or any combination of them depending upon lead placement).
3 Channel QT Analysis.
Specific ( proprietary) artifact rejection methods to allow the individual channel to be turned off and the remaining channels (or channel) to be sued for analysis.
The following Arrhythmias are automatically detected:
Tachycardia, Bradycardia, Pause, Supraventricular Ectopic, Supraventricular Tachycardia, RonT, Couplet, Ventricular Tachycardia, Bigeminy, ST level (Depression or Elevation).
The following Arrhythmias are the operator adjustable limits:
Tachycardia80 to 200 bpm.
Bradycardia40 to 80 bpm.
Supraventricular Ectopic25% to 75% premature (used for Supraventricular Tachycardia Detection also).
Pause1.0 Seconds to 5 Seconds.
ST level 1.0 to 4.0 mm (Depression or Elevation).
All limits are adjustable for each individual patient or can be set to be used for all patients without operator interaction.
Heart Rate Calculations are based on an 8, 16 or 24 QRS (operator selectable) rolling average (4 QRS before and 4 QRS After).
Editing Functions:
General:
After Editing the Arrhythmia Analysis is recalculated to insure all Data (Heart Rates, ST Levels, QT Intervals, and Tabular Summaries are correct and consistent).
