The following application may be filled out, printed, and returned by email with copies of the additional documents requested scanned and emailed with the application; or it may be filled out and sent with the other materials to St. Hugh Church Memorial Committee by US Mail. You may fill out on a computer or by hand; use of a computer is preferred.
If you are selected to receive a scholarship, we request that you make arrangements to attend a Sunday morning worship service with us for presentation of your certificate and so that we may meet you. Please note that the actual check will be sent directly to the school accompanied with your Student Identification Number listed on your Letter of Acceptance.
