Data Menu and Tools– January 2013

The purpose of this document is to organize and summarize the data collected from schoolsor your school to facilitate data requests. This is based on a 3-year cycle of work and professional development.

As you move into Year 2 and 3 of RtI2, schools begin to more fully develop plans for implementing PS/RtI, data may be needed to inform goals, activities, and timelines.

To assist schools in understanding what information is available, the following document is organized by the types of data being collected (i.e., Survey & Skill AssessmentsPS/RtI Integrity/Fidelity Measures).

Each section contains a matrix that is divided into (1) the data source, (2) who the data are being collected from/on, (3) what types of data/information are provided, and (4) the current status of the data collection.
