Early Distribution - Main Campus
Lab 213 - (If necessary) – Lab for parents and students to complete all required documentation through Formata if they have not already done so. (1-2 people)
Station 1 – Video Room – A short 3/5 minute video will be shown. (40 Parents/Students at a time will be allowed in to watch the video) (1-2 Parent Volunteers)
Station 2 – Formata Check and Device Checkout – Check Formata to make sure that the student has all required documentation signed, then check out a device to each student through Destiny/Archibus (2-4 people. Media specialist and Media Clerks)
Station 3 – Create a label for each student which includes their First Name, Middle Initial, and Last Name and place it on the cover of the laptop directly below the phone number. (5-10 parent volunteers)
Station 4 – Techs will have the student log in to their account and make sure the device is working before they leave. (1-3 techs)
First week of school – Any student who does not have a device will be sent during their English class
