Staffordshire Special School Annual Pupil Premium Provision Plan September 2015

Special schools may continue to use the termly documentation or complete an annual plan for the academic year 2014-15.

Use of the pupil premium plus funding must be linked to the targets agreed and reviewed as a part of the statutory personal education planning process in partnership with social workers and carers. A copy of this plan will be made available to the social worker and independent reviewing officer via the Virtual School Pupil Premium In-box. Please make a copy available to the carer.
