Project Stepping provides advice and support for our past residents in addition to current beneficiaries and their families, from our dedicated social workers and psychologist. This enables our beneficiaries to maintain continuous access to local support networks, assisting an inclusive family life in a home and avoiding in the worst case, a return to living on the streets.
Project Crescer reaches Rio’s poorest and most disadvantaged children and supports their growth through formal and informal education. It provides out-of-school workshops in a variety of subjects including English, IT, income-generating skills, communication and introductory finance which equip young people with the necessary tools to have better prospects and thrive in life. We also provide workshops in personal and social matters such as STD awareness, nutrition and their rights under Brazilian welfare legislation.
