GroupWise Mail in HTML

If you would like to send and receive GroupWise emails in HTML format, follow the steps below. HTML format includes images, hyperlinks, font faces, and colors. It is more attractive than plain text. J It is very easy to set your GroupWise email to HTML.

Step 1: Open GroupWise. Click on Tools, then Options.

Step 2: Click on Environment.

Step 3: Click on the “Views” tab and then tick the circle next to HTML in both “Default Compose View” and “Default Read View.”

Now that you have changed your GroupWise settings you can compose email in HTML.

To add an image to your GroupWise email, follow these steps:

Click on the image icon on the editing toolbar. Then click “Browse” to find an image that you have saved on your computer. You can also copy/paste an image from a webpage into the editing window of your email.

To add a background color, click on the background color icon in the editing window.

To add a background image, click on the background image icon in the editing window. You will see a window where you must browse for a background image on your computer so have one ready if you want to add a background image.
