Hospitality Career Education.

The Hospitality Educator’s Association of Texas (HEAT) is the only organization of its kind in Texas with the goal of supporting professionalism for secondary educators teachinghospitality and tourism programs. HEAT is committed to providing the best resources for our educators and students. We invite you to join our team!

HEAT members expand their knowledge of the hospitality, lodging, restaurant, culinary arts and travel and tourism industries through networking at area meetings, professional development conferences, student contests and through access to industryresources. HEAT supports outstanding student achievement with post secondary scholarships in addition to honoring exceptional hospitality teachers.

This year’s HEAT Conference will be held at the Drury Plaza Riverwalk Hotel in San Antonio, TX.
