Anatomy Honors Project First Deadline
· Write a 3 page research paper on a disease/condition that a family member or friend has or a health career. This topic must be approved by the teacher.
· Use at least 3 reputable resources (not Wikipedia or any “answers” site)
· One source MUST be a Scientific Journal.
· Use MLA format, double-spaced, 12 point font, Times New Roman. No title page is necessary. You may have one if you like.
· You MUST cite each of your sources at least one time in the research paper or it should not be included in the works cited page.
· Parenthetical citation must be used and your works cited page must match the sources you cite. If not, your paper will not be graded until you fix it and points will be lost for each day it isn’t fixed.
· For disease/condition, discuss symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, current research (from scientific journal), etc. For profession, discuss education/preparation, job opportunities, pros and cons, salary range, “day in the life”, etc.
