If you arrange to change dates with someone, please make sure that I am notified. Laurel Robinson, Doug Porcina, Geln Green, Charles Dent are not on the schedule. If anyone of you have a speaker please let me know and I will arrange a date.
- If you let me know who your presenter is and the topic of their presentation, we can share this with Heather who will incorporate it into the Newsletter.
- Finally, I would ask that you ensure that: 1) the presenter is informed that they have 7 – 8 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions 2) that you make the introduction of your Program speaker and 3) that you ask a fellow member to issue the “thanks” and present the gift from our Club.
- This time requirement must be REINFORCED to each and every Rotarian if the President has any chance of finishing on time. They are advised of this requirement when I remind them about a month prior to their date and also during the actually meeting of their presentation. (Duane, sometimes I was successful here, sometimes not!)
