Reports to / Director of Talent Acquisition
Key Relationships / Heads of HR for Grosvenor, Mecca, Shared Services and Club based Hiring Managers
Location / Maidenhead with extensive travel
Main Purpose / To work closely with in house recruiters and external recruitment partners on designated roles to assist in the placing of candidates with a particular focus on club based recruitment. Also to support inbound and outbound candidate engagement activity and to plan and coordinate ambassador programmes to raise awareness of our employment brand.
Key Accountabilities / Resourcing & Recruitment
- Assist in resourcing meetings and be prepared to discuss resourcing aspect ofthe role.
- Carry out applicant searches on the system, job boards/CV databases.
- Post jobs to relevant recruitment channels
- Manage FTGM, TGM and other set up, coordination and delivery of campaigns
- Network with candidates to generate more candidates by referral – potential for some out of hours.
- Attend industry events/forums to network and gain insight
- Undertake candidate telephone interviews in order to identify a short list. This will necessitate evening work and occasional weekends.
- Ensure full details are taken from all candidate telephone responses.
- Prepare CV’s for presentation to hiring managers and ensuring level of quality is sufficient for review.
- Chase hiring manager for opinion on CV’s as required.
- Prepare candidates for interview.
- Book Interviews with hiring manager and candidates as required.
- Attend interviews and supportthe hiring manager at interview as required
- Debrief candidates and hiring managers after interviews as required.
- Take up references for candidates and ensure minimum right to work requirements are checked.
- Maintain and write accurate and engaging job specifications
- Maintain client and candidate records to the necessary standards
- Record details of new job roles on the vacancy and candidate database.
- Ensure that any hiring manager and vacancy details are adequately recorded
- Respond to unsuccessful applications via ACEs and promote other opportunities
- Coordinate and attendschool/college/community innovation and employability days
- Prepare collateral and presentations for innovation sessions
- Design engagement programmes
- Promote college engagement via social media
- Drive increased take up of internal talent pool across the venues
- Encourage and manage event activity across website
- Coordinate and attend talent pool events
- Promote ERP programme extensively
- Assist in evolution and promotion of employer brand through variety of social channels
- Identify opportunities to promote through PR
- Operate in a helpful and co-operative manner as part of the team
- Any other duties commensurate with the post as directed by the relevant line report
