•This position provides related services counseling to students in special education. Services include: psychotherapy, career counseling, test administration, test interpretation, college planning, parent consultation, crisis management, and suicide intervention.
IV. Crews Counseling and Consulting
2004-present
•This is my own personal private practice and consulting business. I provide weekly counseling to a small number of clients. I also consult with large organizations (200+ employees) about sexual misconduct perpetration and prevention.
V. Camp Longhorn
2002-present
•I serve as a facilitator for Camp Longhorn’s male counselor development program using experiential adventure learning and guided self-reflection exercises. This position combines 9 days of outdoor adventure and experiential learning for Camp Longhorn’s future male junior counselors. Leadership, citizenship, and learning how to be a man are the goals of this program.
•I have also developed the curriculum and delivery of Camp Longhorn’s sexual misconduct prevention program. This program has been adopted by the state legislature as the model for all sexual misconduct prevention programs.

•Responsible for providing counseling services to assist students in maximizing their potential for personal, academic, and career success. Specific duties included individual and group counseling, intake assessments, crisis interventions, educational outreach, training and supervision, consultation and program development.
VII. Texas A&M University – Commerce - Community Counseling Center
Doctoral Internship May 2000 – May 2002
•Provide mental health counseling for families, couples, adults, and children. This placement also included supervision of master level counseling students.
VIII. University of Texas at El Paso - Educational Psychology and Special Services
Graduate Teaching Assistant
•Provide academic support to graduate faculty. This included accommodations for ADA compliance for students, literature review and synthesis, lecturing on particular subjects when professor was not in class, provide technical trouble shooting for computers and other technologies.
