Understanding the Coming of Jesus in Daniel

Today there is so much hype and so many teachings in regards to the Coming of Jesus Christ, sadly many are not based on the Word of God. Many people were deceived by the Blood Moon Teachings and the Revelation 12 Constellation Teachings over the last several years, sadly many believed that the Rapture was going to take place at those times.

All of those teachings were proved false and many felt betrayed and confused by all the hype.

The Word of God is the Truth and it is Profitable for every Believer in Christ; we must search the Scriptures so that we may know the Truth about the Coming of Jesus Christ our Lord.

The Old Testament and the New Testament is full of Prophecy yet to be fulfilled before Jesus Christ will return to establish His Kingdom on Earth.

Today we should be doing exactly what the Disciples of Jesus did; we should be going to Jesus and His Word to find out what is the Sign of His Coming and of the End of the Age.

Do you want to know about the Coming of Jesus Christ and the End of this Age we live in?

We read of this question in Matthew 24:3-5.

Mat 24:3 And as he sat upon the mount of Olives, the disciples came unto him privately, saying, Tell us, when shall these things be? and what shall be the sign of thy coming, and of the end of the Age?

Mat 24:4 And Jesus answered and said unto them, Take heed that no man deceive you.

Mat 24:5 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ; and shall deceive many.

I am not sure if you have ever stopped and pondered on these three verses?

Jesus was physically standing with them yet they were asking Jesus what would be the Sign of His Coming and of the End of the Age.

The Disciples knew that Jesus was going to leave but they knew that Jesus would again return to establish His Kingdom on Earth.

The Disciples of Jesus knew from the Old Testament writings that the Messiah would come and establish His Kingdom on Earth.

Jesus said that many would come and deceive many in regards to the return of Jesus Christ; Jesus also said that these false teachers would even come in His Name. This is what we are seeing happening today on earth. Many are coming in the Name of Christ and they are teaching a false teaching in regards to Christs coming.

Jesus said the following in Matthew 24:13-15.

Mat 24:13 But he that shall endure unto the end, the same shall be saved.

Mat 24:14 And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.

Mat 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

Jesus makes it very clear that the Gospel of the Kingdom SHALL be preached in the entire World as a Witness to ALL the Nations and THEN the End shall come, we must endure to the end and if we do so we will be saved.

Everyone knows in 2018 that the Gospel of the Kingdom has not yet been preached in the entire World and there is still much more Witnessing to do.

Jesus will not come until this Mission is accomplished and this Age will not end until the same is done.

Jesus makes an amazing Statement in Matthew 24:15, look at what Jesus says.

Mat 24:15 When ye therefore shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, stand in the holy place, (whoso readeth, let him understand:)

Jesus is using the Old Testament to speak about His Coming and what must take place before He will come to establish His Kingdom on earth.

Jesus wants His Disciples to read Daniel and He also wants us to Understand what is written in Daniel.

Jesus wants us to know the Truth.

Did you know that the Book of Daniel is full of references to the Coming of Jesus Christ and Him establishing His Kingdom on Earth?

Yes it is full of Jesus Christ and His Coming Kingdom on Earth.

I want to take a journey in Daniel starting from the beginning of Daniel, we will be looking at the various visions and how they conclude with the Coming of Jesus Christ and His Kingdom on earth.

King Nebuchadnezzar has a Dream.

Vision of an Image of a Man.

In Daniel Chapter 2 we read of the Dream that King Nebuchadnezzar had that troubled him greatly, the King asked for someone to come and tell the King what the Dream was but also explain the interpretation of the Dream.

Dan 2:1 And in the second year of the reign of Nebuchadnezzar Nebuchadnezzar dreamed dreams, wherewith his spirit was troubled, and his sleep brake from him.

In Daniel 2:16 we read of Daniel coming to the King and asking for an opportunity to interpret the Dream.

Dan 2:16 Then Daniel went in, and desired of the king that he would give him time, and that he would shew the king the interpretation.

Daniel sought God and God revealed the Vision to Daniel.

Dan 2:19 Then was the secret revealed unto Daniel in a night vision. Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven.

Dan 2:20 Daniel answered and said, Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever: for wisdom and might are his:

In Daniel 2:31-35 we read of Daniel coming to the King and explaining the vision of a Man in great detail.

Dan 2:31 Thou, O king, sawest, and behold a great image. This great image, whose brightness was excellent, stood before thee; and the form thereof was terrible.

Dan 2:32 This image's head was of fine gold, his breast and his arms of silver, his belly and his thighs of brass,

Dan 2:33 His legs of iron, his feet part of iron and part of clay.

Dan 2:34 Thousawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces.

Dan 2:35 Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshingfloors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.

I believe it is vital to understand that this Vision was of ONE Man, not many men.

It is a Vision of the Various Kingdoms of Mankind in sequence until Jesus Christ the Stone comes and strikes the whole Image or Kingdoms of Man.

Later In Scripture we are clearly told:

That the Head of Gold is the Kingdom of Babylon.
That the Chest and Arms of Silver is the Kingdom of the Medes and Persians.
That the belly and thighs of Brass is the Grecian or Javan Kingdom.

From History and the Book of 1 Maccabees we know that the Kingdom of Rome followed after the Grecian Kingdom and was later divided into two kingdoms, the Eastern Kingdom lasting a lot longer than the Western Kingdom.

From History we also know that the Eastern Kingdom of Rome was later conquered by the Ottoman Empire.

The Ottoman Empire was later dissolved around World War 1 but is now re-emerging in the Middle East through Islamic Countries since 1979 in Iran.

We do not yet know what the Last Kingdom is called but Scripture does describe the events clearly.

One thing that we do know that is true is that this whole image of a man will come crashing down when Jesus comes.

From the time of the Reign of King Nebuchadnezzar to the time that Jesus Christ finally comes man shall be ruling the Kingdoms, but once Jesus Christ comes He shall absolutely shatter the Kingdoms of Mankind and Jesus shall Rule the Kingdoms on Earth from His Kingdom in Jerusalem in Israel.

Look again at the Prophecy of Jesus in Daniel 2:34-35.

Dan 2:34 Thousawest till that a stone was cut out without hands, which smote the image upon his feet that were of iron and clay, and brake them to pieces.

Dan 2:35 Then was the iron, the clay, the brass, the silver, and the gold, broken to pieces together, and became like the chaff of the summer threshing floors; and the wind carried them away, that no place was found for them: and the stone that smote the image became a great mountain, and filled the whole earth.

It is made very clear in these two verses, that Jesus comes and strikes the feet of iron and clay with ten toes, it is at that time that the Whole Image is broken into pieces and blown away like chaff in the wind.It is at that time when Jesus will Come and set up His Kingdom on the Earth.

Did you notice that Jesus does not come and strike the Head; He does not come and strike the Chest or the Legs.

No! The Coming of Jesus Christ to establish His Kingdom on earth will clearly be when the Two Feet with Ten Toes are in existence on Earth.

Jesus wants us Believers to Understand this Great Truth and so does God the Father when He revealed this Truth to Daniel.

There is a Prophesied Point in time when Jesus Christ will come and establish His Kingdom, we may not know the exact Day or the exact Hour of that Day but we know that it will happen according the Fathers Plan.

Daniel is given the Interpretation of the two feet with ten toes and that Stone that strikes the feet further in Daniel Chapter 2 as we will now see.

Dan 2:41 And whereas thou sawest the feet and toes, part of potters' clay, and part of iron, the kingdom shall be divided; but there shall be in it of the strength of the iron, forasmuch as thou sawest the iron mixed with miry clay.

Dan 2:42 And as the toes of the feet were part of iron, and part of clay, so the kingdom shall be partly strong, and partly broken.

Dan 2:43 And whereas thou sawest iron mixed with miry clay, they shall mingle themselves with the seed of men: but they shall not cleave one to another, even as iron is not mixed with clay.

Dan 2:44 And in the days of these kings shall the God of heaven set up a kingdom, which shall never be destroyed: and the kingdom shall not be left to other people, but it shall break in pieces and consume all these kingdoms, and it shall stand for ever.

Dan 2:45 Forasmuch as thou sawest that the stone was cut out of the mountain without hands, and that it brake in pieces the iron, the brass, the clay, the silver, and the gold; the great God hath made known to the king what shall come to pass hereafter: and the dream is certain, and the interpretation thereof sure.

There is going to be a divided Kingdom on Earth in existence in the Middle East before Jesus Christ will Come.

When you look at this whole Image that Daniel saw it is clearly being established each time in the area of the Middle East.

Daniel is clearly told that the Two Feet and Ten Toes are made of Clay and Iron and will be divided, partly strong and partly fragile.

In Daniel 2:44 we are clearly told that in the Days of these Kings the God of Heaven shall set up a Kingdom that shall never be destroyed and it shall never be left again to another people.

There are many today that seem to teach differently to what God reveals in verse 44, they come and teach that Jesus can come at any second and they teach that there are no Prophecies to be fulfilled for Jesus to come at any second.

Look again with me as to what God Declares to you and I in verse 44.

Look! God makes it very clear to you and I, it will be in the days of the Kings of the Two Feet and Ten Toes when He shall setup His Kingdom on Earth.

We are praying for God to set up His Kingdom, It is the very Prayer that we were taught to pray by Jesus Himself in Matthew 6:10.

Matthew_6:10 Thykingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, asit isin heaven.

We are still Praying and Longing for that Day when Jesus will come and establish His Kingdom on earth as it is in Heaven.

In Daniel 2:45 we are told that the events will come to pass, the Dream is certain and its Interpretation is True.

It is not about Blood Moons and it is not about some Constellation in the Sky, it is about Gods Word of Truth and God establishing His Kingdom on earth just as He prophesied.

God is waiting for that Prophesied time and He waits patiently.

Jesus wants us to Preach the Gospel of the Kingdom to the Whole World as a Witness to all the Nations and then the End of this Age of man will end and Jesus will then begin His Kingdom on Earth.

Do Not Be Decieved about the Coming of Jesus Christ.

Are you now starting to understand why Jesus wants us to read Daniel?

Jesus said that if we read Daniel we will Understand.

Look at how many references are made to Understanding in the Book of Daniel.

Dan_8:16 And I heard a man's voice between the banks ofUlai, which called, and said, Gabriel, make this man to understand the vision.

Dan_8:17 So he came near where I stood: and when he came, I was afraid, and fell upon my face: but he said unto me, Understand, O son of man: for at the time of the end shall be the vision.

Dan_9:13 Asit is written in the law of Moses, all this evil is come upon us: yet made we not our prayer before the LORD our God, that we might turn from our iniquities, and understand thy truth.

Dan_9:23 At the beginning of thy supplications the commandment came forth, and I am come to shewthee; for thou art greatly beloved: therefore understand the matter, and consider the vision.

Dan_9:25 Know therefore and understand, that from the going forth of the commandment to restore and to build Jerusalem unto the Messiah the Prince shall be seven weeks, and threescore and two weeks: the street shall be built again, and the wall, even in troublous times.

Dan_10:11 And he said unto me, O Daniel, a man greatly beloved, understand the words that I speak unto thee, and stand upright: for unto thee am I now sent. And when he had spoken this word unto me, I stood trembling.

Dan_10:12 Then said he unto me, Fear not, Daniel: for from the first day that thou didst set thine heart to understand, and to chasten thyself before thy God, thy words were heard, and I am come for thy words.

Dan_10:14 Now I am come to make thee understand what shall befall thy people in the latter days: for yet the vision is for many days.

Dan_11:33 And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, many days.

Dan_12:10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.

All through the Book of Daniel you can see how God comes to Daniel so that he may understand, the same pattern is found in the other visions in Daniel, they end with the coming of Jesus Christ and Him establishing His Kingdom on Earth.

It is all about God and His Kingdom coming to Earth.

Jesus wants us to understand His Coming and what MUST happen before that Day of His Coming.

As I said earlier, We can learn much if we have a heart like Daniel and want to understand what God wants us to know, the Wise will understand and Shine in the World and Instruct many.

You see Great Persecution today in the Middle East for the Believers in Jesus Christ, each day they are murdered for their Faith in God yet they endure to the end knowing that they will be saved.

I leave you with these two impacting verses.

Dan_11:33 And they that understand among the people shall instruct many: yet they shall fall by the sword, and by flame, by captivity, and by spoil, many days.

Dan_12:10 Many shall be purified, and made white, and tried; but the wicked shall do wickedly: and none of the wicked shall understand; but the wise shall understand.
