This presentation is appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys. Membersare required to retain the certificates distributed at the luncheon as proof of their attendance and the number of hours completedfor their biennial attorney registration renewal.
FINANCIAL HARDSHIP POLICY: Financial aid is available for attorneys who wish to attend CLE programs, but find itdifficult due to cost considerations. A written application for financial aid is required and must be received no later than two (2)weeks prior to the CLE date. Financial aid is available as follows:
Unemployed: Fee Waived
Income up to $25,000: 75% discount
Income $25,000 - $50,000: 50% discount
Income above $50,000: No discount
Please forward a letter explaining the reasons for your request for financial aid to the mailing address noted below. Pleaseinclude your name, address, daytime phone and fax numbers, and e-mail address. A letter from your current employerconfirming your anticipated current year earnings should be included with your submission. If you are currently unemployed,please include a personal statement confirming your current unemployment status with your submission.
