  7. Club funding forms to be handed in to the master’s office before being handed on to VCC
  8. The draft to worked on with Christine and sent to Jason
  9. The form is prioritized for academic clubs and 50th committee and anniversary
  10. The funding is $20, 000 is divided into $10, 000 per semester.
  11. The last day for club forms is between December 2016 and January 2017

  38. Charity goes to Canadian aid society.

  41. For froshies and leaders only, if not sell out then sell to the public
  42. Event happening in two weeks
  43. Tickets to be received will be 80 tickets
  44. Glow in the dark shot glasses to given away to the first few.
