What is the Kansas City Stroke Education Consortium? The Kansas City Stroke Education Consortium is composed of seven area hospitals and the American Stroke Association. These organizations have agreed to collaborate to enhance the educational opportunities for providers of stroke care at all levels of practice. Continuing educational credit will be provided by each sponsoring agency.
