The Ewing Recreation Wrestling Program is for individuals in grades K-8. This is an instructional program, which emphasizes getting fit and building confidence. The mission statement is to provide a fun and competitive environment designed at the youth level as well as introduce and foster the sport of wrestling. Skills including discipline, team unity, respect, as well as good sportsmanship for all is highly stressed. No previous wrestling experience needed to participate. Wrestling is a winter sport so even if you play soccer, baseball or football you can still wrestle. It is a great way to stay in shape and create opportunities for college scholarships.
REGISTRATION: Anytime from October 1, 2013 at ESCC, 999 Lower Ferry Road from
8:30am – 9:00pm and weekends from 12:00pm – 5:00pm. For more information call 609-883-1776.

REGISTRATION FEE: $85 per participant; $95 Non Ewing residents, $105 per household; $115 Non Ewing residents per house hold. Make checks payable to: Ewing Recreation Department.
LOCATION: Ewing High School Wrestling Room (back of school door #25)
PROGRAM TIMES: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (6:30 to 8:00) starting November 26 to March 2014
NOTE: There will not be any practices when Ewing public schools are closed or have half days.
DRESS: T-shirts, Shorts, Sweat Pants, Sneakers or Wrestling Shoes. Headgear Required.
