The machine carries out the wrapping cycle of the pallet stationery on the conveyor by means the rotation of the film-roll carriage
THE MACHINE IS COMPOSED OF:
- Machine frame made of painted steel on four legs

The stretch wrapper in standard configuration can perform a dustproof or waterproof wrapping cycle with pallet with height not lower than 950 mm (pallet + product). In order to make possible the waterproof cycle also with pallets ranging from 600 mm to 950 mm, it is necessary to lift the pallet during the wrapping cycle up to the min. h. 900 mm suitable for application of the top cover.
To do so, it is necessary to install under the conveyor inside the stretch wrapper a special pallet lifter, hydraulic type, with a stroke of 350 mm. above the conveyor, so to bring the pallet top surface up to 950 from top of the rollers.

If carried out by our technicians, the cost for assembling
or technical assistance is as follows:
- € 600,00 per day (€ 60,00 = 10 hours of labour/travel)
- € 65,00 = each overtime hour (more than 10 hours).
- € 70,00= labour/travel on Saturday, Sunday or holidays.
- € 100,00 per day commissioning fee for
service in Extra European countries.
- Expenses for travel, to be determined/quoted
- Car expenses = 0,70 €/km
- Board and lodging expenses € 200,00 per day
- Airline ticket expenses to be quoted: airline ticket + car expenses (0,70 €/km) for the transfer to/from the airport + the possible car rental at destination and the airport parking, at cost.
- GUARANTEE:12 Months –The time of warranty begins at the date of
installation and lasts a maximum of 15 months from the
date of delivery.
This warranty guarantees the replacement ex-our works
of those parts free of charge which, due to material
or processing defects should prove to be faulty.
The parts subjected to wear and tear or which are damaged
because of improper use of machines or because of using materials that doesn’t comply with our instructions for use will not be under warranty.
In case our personnel is required to replace those faulty parts, transfer, travel, board, lodging, labour expenses are at customer’s charge at the current price list cost.
