I. Motion to pay to Chris Bunch $200.00 for bookkeeping service for the month of July, 2016. See attachment.
II. Motion to pay Los Angeles Mission College $70.71 for postage charges from March 2016 – June 2016. See attachment.
o Approval of minutes for Regular Board Meeting on July 14, 2016. See attachment.
5. Motion to donate four $50.00 book scholarships for Fall Kickoff event on August 23rd. Funds to be deducted from the San Fernando Valley Food & Wine Festival Fund. See Funds Request Form.
6. Motion to ratify payment in the amount of $5,380.97 that was made to Alex Holsinger for Back LA project. Funds were deducted from the Department of Justice Fund. See attachments.
7. Motion to ratify payment in the amount of $3,263.00 that was made to Kathleen Hansen for data analysis work. Funds were deducted from the Department of Justice Fund. See attachment.
