In general, the crust is produced when the implantation dose is above 1×1015 atoms/cm2. [19] The crust and residue produced by implantation are very difficult to be removed because they are not dissolved by organic solvent.[13,14] It is typical to sequentially employ both dry plasma ashing and the mixture of sulfuric acid and hydrogen peroxide under elevated temperature to remove heavily implanted photoresist.[15,16,23] But this method results in material loss and surface damage on substrate as well as the cause of disposal cost and environmental problems, which makes it unavailable to apply the method to the next generation semiconductor. [17] In addition, most high-dose-implanted photoresist stripping processes need to be done under high temperature, for which it happens to damage the underlying layer and high temperature resistance hardware is essentially needed. McCully and colleagues demonstrated that senescent myocardium is more sensitive to ischemia, Esmolol, at high concentrations (1.0 mmolL), was shown to be an effective cardioplegic agent by inducing cardiac arrest in Langendorff-perfused rat hearts. When added to an oxygenated perfusate, esmolol cardioplegia provided superior cardioprotection in isolated rat hearts when compared to cross-clamp fibrillation or St. Thomasʼ Hospital cardioplegic solution. In addition, esmolol cardioplegia with multidose infusions (for 2 min every 15 min) completely protected isolated rat hearts for extended periods (up to 90 min) of global normothermic ischemia (Fig. 3)
