November 29, 2007

Dear Parents:

As you know, Woodfill Elementary was closed on September 26th due to a heat emergency. Based upon the 2007-2008 calendar adopted by the Fort Thomas School Board, June 6th is the scheduled makeup day. However, we may be able to ask the board to modify the Woodfill calendar and allow us to use a different makeup day. This survey will help us to determine the best option for making up that day. This survey will be on the district website. Go to http://www.fortthomas.kyschools.us/surveylogin.aspx , then enter PIN# 2. The survey will be available online December 3-7. Please complete the online survey by December 7th. The survey is printed below for you to preview before going on line.

If you do not have access to the internet at home, you can come to the school computer lab or go to the public library.
