RE:Coaching Positions for Travel and House Teams
On behalf of West Seneca Youth Hockey, I would like to thank you for your interest in coaching in our program.
A chart setting forth the age classifications for the 2018-2019Season appears on the next page. Please review the chart to make sure you are listing the correct age class you would like to coach. Tier II and house teams include the calendar years in each age class (i.e. Squirt Tier II 2008-2009).
If you are applying for a position in our travel program, you must identify the specific age class you would like to coach (i.e. Squirt Major, Squirt Minor, etc.).
THE LAST DAY TO SUBMIT COACHING APPLICATIONS FOR THE TRAVEL PROGRAM IS FEBRUARY 20, 2018. THE LAST DAY TO SUBMIT COACHING APPLICATIONS FOR THE HOUSE PROGRAM IS AUGUST 24, 2018.
THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
You may request, or be asked to appear for an interview. We will do our best to maintain confidentiality throughout the process. You will be notified as soon as reasonably possible of a decision by the Association concerning your application.
Completed applications should be in a sealed envelope and dropped off in the mail box outside the coaches room at the West Seneca Town Rink or by mail to 1219 East and West Road, West Seneca, NY14224. You can also email them back at . DO NOT LEAVE COMPLETED APPLICATIONS IN ANY MAIL SLOTS IN THE COACHES ROOM.
In addition, if you have not filled out a screening form in the last two years, you must do so and turn the form in with your coaching application.
