Public agency applicants interested in applying for the Proposition 47 Grant are asked but not required to submit a non-binding Notice of Intent to Apply.Failure to submit a Notice of Intent to Apply is not grounds for disqualification. Further, prospective public agency applicants that submit a Notice of Intent to Apply and decide later not to apply will not be penalized.
