Hotel Grand Chancellor has several Undercover car spaces are available for short-term parking. Please speak to hotel reception to organise pass.

You can choose any one of Breakout sessions and move between them as you wish.

Trade Exhibition
A wide range of exhibitors will be on display in the Federation Ballroom. Arrival tea/coffee, morning and afternoon tea and lunch will be located in the Exhibition Area.

Complimentary wireless internet is available to delegates. Access details will be available at the registration desk from Monday 22 May.

Photography and Filming disclaimer
Congress is filmed and photographs are taken of the event. If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please advise the news crew and photographer on the day.

Congress Gala Dinner
The National Congress Gala Dinner will take place on Friday 24 May from 7:30pm at Glen Albyn Estate. Please assemble in the lobby of Hotel Grand Chancellor by 6:30 for transfers to the venue.
