In which types of aircraft do you have time? How much time in each type? In which types are you current?
Is your FAA medical certificate current? When does it expire? Do you fly with a waiver?
Are you an instructor? A certified flight instructor? A simulator instructor?
Do you fly, or have you flown, with the National Guard or Reserve Forces?
Do you have military aviation experience? Have you ever commanded a flying unit? What size? Squadron? Wing? Group?
Do you have any experience in building, delivering and evaluating flight safety programs?
