Tasks and Duties on Current job:
Responsible for the safe, efficient and effective operation and maintenance of the Wells, Processes, systems and equipment in the assigned area of responsibility. Carries out a range of operations and maintenance activities in the assigned area of the production platform.
§ Ability to interpret process flow, safety system and well completion schematics.
§ Knowledge of basic flow measurement calculations and measurement equipment.
§ Basic understanding of wells, down-hole equipment and gas lift operation.
§ Ensures Safety system is fully functional. Eliminate unnecessary production loss and process upset by taking timely corrective action.
§ Perform trend analysis of gas injection rate, tubing and casing pressures of oil producing wells.
§ Carry out Instrument air compressors, sump pump, Chemical injection pumps performance and report.
§ Carry out quality well testing and water cut analysis, document accurate well test report. Maintain water injection rate and pressure as recommended by engineering.
§ The routine well opening and shut-in, adjustments to the process & equipment.
§ Assisting in the coordination of Wire line and well intervention activities.
§ Take initiative to correct the deficiencies identified during the routine check up.
§ Monitoring and documenting operating conditions in the daily logs.
§ Carries out basic maintenance tasks in the assigned area, topping up chemical levels, pipeline pigging, valve check and greasing.
§ Maintains platform Emergency /Fire and safety equipments.
§ Carries out all activities in accordance with approved procedures and manufacturers recommendations, ensure that all precautions are taken to isolate equipment prior to commencing the work.
§ Ensure an accurate and complete handover to the next shift &/or operating team of the status of all ongoing works.
§ Maintains good housekeeping in all assigned areas of the platform.
§ The identification and reporting of corrective maintenance requirements within the assigned operating area. The routine inspection & monitoring of the process consumables.
§ Understand and have knowledge of the company’s Emergency Response Procedures. Perform emergency response duties and tasks as defined in the company’s Emergency Response Procedures.
§ As the PTW Area / Operating Authority Undertake the planning, preparation, and execution of equipment &/or system isolation as required for routine PPM, Corrective Maintenance, maintenance &/or projects campaigns &/or integrity verification inspection, as specified on the relevant work request and PTW.
§ Continuously or periodically monitor the work activities and progress to ensure compliance with the PTW requirements and restrictions.

INVOLVED IN THE JOBS IN OGDCL (PAKISTAN) ONSHORE SOUR GAS FIELD
My job was included but not limited to Supervise, Maintenance (preventive and corrective) and Trouble shooting of equipment such as:-
· Installation/Removing and Maintenance of surface facilities (Chokes, FCV, PSV,Flow recorder, isolating valves, Surface safety valves & corrosion inhibitor pumps).
· Surface well testing jobs.
· Installation and dismantling of production hook up including choke, chicksen loops, flow lines, separator manifold, separator, outlet, drain lines, liquid storage tank & flare line with pilot.
· Transportation of heavy equipment for well completion/testing including well down hole jewelry and surface hook up accessories.
· Pig launching & receiving jobs.
· Installation and maintenance of ESD panel and instrumentation at well site.
· Ultra sonic thickness survey of flow lines.
· Installing and retrieving of orifice plate from senior and junior assembly.
· Installation and retrieving of corrosion coupon and ER probs from flow lines with retrieving tool (COSASCO).
· ER probe readings with ER analyzer.
· Sampling collections of gas and condensate/water.
· Monthly well monitoring with flow recorder and Dead weight tester.
· Down hole Batch treatment job with pneumatic pump.
· Supervised Bottom hole pressure survey with OGDCL slick line unit & Halliburton unit.
· Drill Stem Testing with Halliburton
· Supervise acid job with Service Company.
· Provide operational support on rig for drilling department during drilling/ work over operations for well completion.
· Maintains consumable spares & tools in good condition.
