MADSA Statewide Membership Meetings
The Massachusetts Adult Day Services Association (MADSA) is a statewide membership organization, established in 1978, with a long history of outstanding representation of Adult Day Health Programs all across the Commonwealth. MADSA currently represents 130 Adult Day Health Programs in the state. MADSA’s mission is to promote and support the growth and development of high quality Adult Day Services. This is done by advocating for adequate reimbursement and regulatory and administrative relief, and through the provision of information, education, and opportunities for networking and sharing best practices. MADSA is affiliated nationally with the National Adult Day Service Association (NADSA).
We seek applications from Vendors interested in a display table at our annual and quarterly meetings. If you are interested in securing a table, please contact us to reserve a spot at or call 617-469-5848. Please then complete and submit this form with payment. Space is offered to MADSA Associate/Business Partner Members first and then on a first come, first served basis. Checks should be made out to MADSA and mailed with this application to: MADSA, One Florence St., Boston, MA 02131. If you wish to fax the application, it should be to the attention of: MADSA at 617-469-5865.
The cost per table is: $100 for Associate/Business Partner Members and $200 for non-members. The Vendor Exhibition Table fee includes attendance for one representative at the meeting. (Lunch is included). If you have more than one person attending, please request an ADH Provider-Member Registration Form for each additional person and return that to us with additional payment, as outlined on that form. (Holy Cross does a head count and charges for each person in attendance, whether or not the person takes a meal).
