TERMS & CONDITIONS:BOX OFFICE
Tickets can be purchased from the Festival Box Office from October 19 to November 1, 2015.
The Box Office will be based in Taman Baca, a UWRF venue on Jl. Raya Sanggingan (opposite Devilicious), and will be open 8am - 4pm. Please check our website for maps and venue location.
The Festival Box Office will be closed October 24 and October 25.

Tickets may be purchased online at ubudwritersfestival.com.
Please note there is a tiered pricing system to ensure the Festival is accessible to local as well as international writers and readers.
For customers buying via Payment gateway Trybooking.com, Australian Dollars are used. Booking fees will apply.
If you have no credit card, please see alternative payment methods listed on our website.
TICKET COLLECTION
All pre-booked 4 DAY PASS or 1 DAY PASS lanyards will be available for collection from the Festival Box Office. You will require your 4 DAY or 1 DAY PASS lanyard to gain entry to the Main Program venues and events.
For all Special Event, Workshop, Cultural Workshop and Kitchen tickets purchased on TryBooking.com, your TryBooking.com receipt will suffice (printed or displayed via phone). You do not need to collect tickets from the Festival Box Office.
For all Special Event, Workshop, Cultural Workshop and Kitchen tickets purchased at the Festival Box Office, your UWRF receipt/ticket slip will suffice.
You must provide identification and proof of purchase with you to collect your tickets. Please check your tickets carefully upon receipt. There will be no refunds or exchanges.
CHILDREN
- Children under 12 are permitted to accompany their parent or guardian to the Main Program events, as long as their parent or guardian is in possession of an applicable 4 DAY or 1 DAY PASS.
- Children under 5 are permitted to accompany their parent or guardian to Special Events but are not permitted to partake in any food or drink on offer, and may not be permitted to licensed venues. In some circumstance where venue capacity is limited, we will advise that no children are permitted to attend that Special Event.
- Children are not permitted to accompany their parent or guardian to Workshops.
TICKETING POLICY
1. Customers buying KITAS or student tickets will be required to show valid visa or student card on collection of ticket or NO TICKET WILL BE ISSUED.
2. Customers buying ASEAN tickets will be required to show a valid passport from a participating ASEAN country: Malaysia, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Brunei, Cambodia, Laos, Myanmar (Burma), and Vietnam.
3. Tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds are not issued under any circumstance, except cancellation of event.
4. Tickets are NON-EXCHANGEABLE. Tickets will not be exchanged.
5. 4 DAY and 1 DAY passes to the Main Program are NON-TRANSFERABLE. Tickets are issued to individuals by name, and may NOT be shared or given to others.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Ticket-buyers are not required to purchase a 4 DAY or 1 DAY PASS in order to purchase a Special Event, Workshop or other single ticketed event. And, Special Events and Workshops are not included in the 4 DAY or 1 DAY PASS price and must be bought separately.
The Festival program is subject to change without notice. Ubud Writers & Readers Festival is an all-weather festival. A ticket and/or festival pass must be shown to gain entry to all paid events.
