Enhanced Retail Solutions To Unveil New Drop Ship Reporting at NRF Retail’s Big Show at the Javits Center, January 15-17
This new software ties together order flow information from various EDI documents already required for such transactions, analyzes statistics such as normal response times, and shows if shipped items match what was ordered.
New York, January 5, 2017:Enhanced Retail Solutions (ERS), a top provider of consulting and software solutions to the retail industry and their suppliers and licensors for use in analyzing their products' retail sales and trends as well as improving inventory productivity has announced groundbreaking functionality to its Intelligent Retail Platform.
Retailers seek to improve customer satisfaction with drop ship by insuring all drop shipments (orders directed fulfilled by a vendor) are delivered as ordered and on time. However, while all the order flow information is available on various EDI documents, nothing is tied together and presented to the interested parties.
Drop Ship Tracker does just that. ERS dashboard/Artificial Intelligence capabilities follow the data trail of orders placed by customers and show any breakdowns in the process, highlighting inefficiencies in the system and providing real time analytics/feedback.
To enhance collaboration between retailers and vendors, vendors may access the same Portal to see just their own drop ship tracking data. Retailers can view all or specific vendors; vendors see only their information.
