ABOUT OUR SPEAKERS:
Tracey A. Dreibelbis, LMBT
Ms. Dreibelbis is a Nationally Certified, North Carolina Licensed Massage & Bodywork Therapist specializing in On-Site Corporate & Event Massage & is currently pursuing a certification in Health Coaching.
Ms. Dreibelbis also offers full circle family services, from natural fertility massage to teaching parents how to massage their newborns. As a doula Tracey has provided relaxation and care at the beginning of life, as well as hospice massage for those who are in their last earthly days. She's sees firsthand how people have benefited from relaxation, regardless of what stage of life they are in.
Arthur D. Snow, Jr., MD, Chair, AMA-OMSS Governing Council
Arthur D. Snow, Jr., MD, is Family Medicine trained and Board Certified. He is in private practice, with a focus on Geriatrics, in a suburb of Kansas City. Dr. Snow works at a Skilled Nursing Facility and sees patients at a 446-bed community hospital, in the office, in Assisted Living Facilities, and makes home visits. He is the founding member of a Family Medicine group, which grew to six persons, and was also Board Certified in Emergency Medicine working in an ER for 25 years. Dr. Snow was trained at the University of Kansas School of Medicine, where he also completed his Family Medicine Residency. He has been actively involved in all hospital committees, including the Credentials Committee for 10 years, Chairing Addiction Recovery for 8 years, and serving as the Family Medicine Department Chairman twice. He is currently President of the Shawnee Mission Medical Center Medical Staff.
Dr. Snow has been active in state and national activities, holding the positions of President of the Kansas Academy of Family Physicians, the Kansas Medical Society and is the current Immediate Past President of the Kansas Medical Directors Association (attending and medical directors of long term care facilities). He is the Immediate Past Chair of the Kansas Health Care Stabilization Fund (the Kansas excess malpractice insurance provider), chairs the county medical society preceptor program (for national CMS staff the past few years), serves as Family Medicine representative to the CMS Contractor Advisory Committee (CAC), and was appointed by the Secretary of HHS in 2007 to the Practicing Physicians Advisory Council (PPAC). He has been active as a Delegate from Kansas to the American Medical Association, and was elected to the Governing Council of the AMA Organized Medical Staff Section in 2006, where he currently serves as Chair.
Linda Bunton

Linda is the Senior Director of ChoiceHealth a subsidiary corporation of Novant Health, Inc. ChoiceHealth was established January 1, 2001. ChoiceHealth’s services and programs include: managed care contracting for both fee for service contracts and performance based contracts, delegated payor credentialing, payor enrollment services, supply chain services, Epic Electronic Health record sales, as well as other lines of business that are specifically designed to support the business of running an independent medical practice.
Linda has 27 years of experience in healthcare administration. She has been employed with Novant Health for 14 of those years, initially as the Director of The Presbyterian Health Network, a PHO aligned with Presbyterian Hospital, and now as the Senior Director of ChoiceHealth. As Senior Director of ChoiceHealth, Linda is responsible for the operations and strategic development of a multi-state physician network. Prior to her work with Novant, Linda managed physician practices for both independent physicians and healthcare systems. She also has experience in healthcare strategic planning.
Linda earned her Master of Business Administration degree from the Babcock Graduate School of Management, Wake Forest University and a BA from Davidson College. . Linda serves as the Vice-Chairman and Secretary on the ChoiceHealth Board of Directors.
Linda’s most important role is that of wife and mother. She is married with three children.
Carlye Hendershot, RN, MSN-FNP, LNCC, CPHRM, Risk Management & Patient Safety Consultant, MAG Mutual Insurance Company
Carlye provides consultation to insured clients in western North Carolina, including programs and services designed to assist healthcare providers and administrators reduce risk exposure and improve patient safety. She has previous experience as an in-house legal nurse consultant with Van Winkle Law Firm, and practiced clinically for many years as an RN and family nurse practitioner in varied settings in NC, GA and FL.
Allan Tarleton, Van Winkle Law Firm, Asheville, NC
Allan Tarleton has practiced law in Asheville since 1980, most of that time as a partner with the Van Winkle Firm. For the last 20 years he has concentrated his practice in healthcare litigation. He has obtained favorable results in jury trials, administrative hearings, and appeals and has proven to be an effective negotiator before trial and in some cases before suit is even filed. Allan attended undergraduate school at Wake Forest University , graduating cum laude with a B. A. in English in 1974. While at Wake Forest , he participated in studies in Venice , Italy. He was a staff writer and city editor for the Pulitzer Prize-winning Washington (NC) Daily News before returning to Wake Forest for law school. He spent so much time in the law library, he married one of the librarians. He makes his own pie crust from scratch, and he can juggle.
Kathryn Enchelmayer, MS, MHSA, CPCS, CPMSM, Director, Credentialing & Privileging, Department of Veterans Affairs
Ms. Enchelmayer has 37 years of experience in Federal health care including the last twenty-two years in the oversight and management of the medical staff process for the Veterans Health Administration.
She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts in Speech and a Master of Science in Audiology and Speech-Language Pathology as well as Florida International University with a Masters in Health Services Administration.
Renee Aird-Dengler, RN, MSN, CPMSM, CPCS
Ms. Aird-Dengler is the current Director of Medical & Professional Affairs for Advocate Health Care (largest fully integrated health care delivery system in Metropolitan Chicago.
She also serves as Clinical Faculty for TJC and Clinical Surveyor for NCQA Surveys. She is the Coauthor of “Medical Staff Handbook”, a TJC publication and the Past Chair of the NAMSS Education Council.
