Goal 1: / The percentage of students reading at or above grade level as measured by the Stanford 10 assessment will increase from 38.3% school-wide to 60% by May 2014. The percentage of students meeting standard on Spring 2012STAAR Reading will increase from to 83% to 93% for all students and subgroups
