Your employer has entered into agreements which allow for access to certain proprietary information owned by The Boeing Company. This includes such things as Boeing manuals, publications, service bulletins and drawings. All of this information is owned by Boeing and its use is licensed to your employer only for very specific purposes. As an employee you may have access to this information either in the form of documents or electronic files. It is important that as an employee you understand the conditions under which Boeing has provided this information and the uses to which it may be put.
The purpose of this document is to make you aware of the agreements in place and to provide a brief summary of your obligation to protect Boeing owned information. This document does not replace or in any way modify those agreements and you should consult the appropriate organization in your company for the specific obligations assumed in them.
If you are issued a computer access identification and password either by your company or The Boeing Company, these are for your use and may not be used by or transferred to others either within or outside your company. Use of this access must be only for the benefit of your company.
You must preserve and protect all Boeing documents and drawings and all information contained therein in confidence. You may not disclose Boeing information to subsidiaries, “sister companies”, partners or otherwise related companies without specific authorization by Boeing.
Any Boeing information accessed by you or provided to you may be used only for the maintenance, repair, operation or modification of Boeing aircraft for which the information is specified.
You may make copies of Boeing information only for internal use within your company and then only if all restrictive legends and proprietary notices on the information are preserved. All copies of Boeing information remain the property of Boeing.
There are specific conditions in the agreements your company has with Boeing, which allow for certain Boeing information to be disclosed to government regulatory agencies, as well as to contractors who may perform work for your company within the scope of the Boeing agreements. Before providing any Boeing information to contractors it is your company’s responsibility to ensure that these conditions are met.
Unless specifically authorized in writing by Boeing you may not use Boeing information to manufacture parts. If Boeing authorizes the manufacture of a particular part or parts, these parts must be used by your company only for its aircraft and may not be sold (except by your company if your company is repairing an aircraft under contract with the operator of the aircraft).
Boeing appreciates your company’s business and strives to provide the best customer support possible. In order to do this, it is imperative that Boeing’s proprietary information be protected and preserved.

I request access to the Boeing on-line digital data delivery system. I will keep in confidence all Boeing "Information Assets" (user IDs, passwords, files, data, account access, etc.), along with any procedures given to me to facilitate access. I agree to use these Information Assets in accordance with the Boeing Customer Services General Terms Agreement (CSGTA) and Supplemental Agreement for Electronic Access, the applicable terms and conditions of which are summarized in the document titled “Use and Protection of information provided by The Boeing Company”. I am not authorized to access data marked "Boeing Limited" or data bearing U.S. Government classified markings subject to export controls. I will not attempt to access other Boeing computing systems.
With my signature, I acknowledge and agree to the terms of this agreement, and confirm that I am a “permanent” employee of TUI Airways.

Boeing reserves the right to monitor, review or terminate any of your activities or access, without notice, at any time. Boeing will assign you an account ID and password and will notify you EA Focal when your individual account is ready.
In accordance with the General Terms and Agreement signed by TUI Airways and Boeing, active accounts can only be issuedto an authorized user (employee) that continues to require access to Boeing data.
Please note that "employee" means any person who is employed as a common law employee by your company and specifically does not include independent contractors, contract labour, consultants, advisers, leased employees and any person whose services are not paid directly through the company's payroll department.
Accounts are for individual use only, and may not be share with anyone, including other employees.When your company no longer employs a user, the account may not be transferred to another employee.
