Called to order at 3:01p.m.

Attendance: Pam Ott,Darren Petschar, Mary Carlson, Joan Swartout, Bryan Johnson, Julie Watkins, Peggy Su LaRue, Rupa Choragudi, Vicki Maycunich.

I.  Treasurer’s report:

a. Checking: $30,354.37

b. Savings: $6041.42

Interest $14.31

c. Store: $1,059.37

d. Store Supplies: $50.85

II. Fun Services tally on fund raiser:

Participation was 56% of the students

Average order retail was $103.62

Projected retail sold: $42,711.14. Of that amount $600.06 is sales tax.

Projected profit is $20,950.08. (This includes retail sales of $1054.64 on the Internet. These numbers reflect the lower price on all the overlapping catalog items.)

Fun Services will bill PTO the balance remaining 20 days after the merchandise delivery

III. Funding Requests:

a.  Debbie Poulson - $78.60 for Rhythm sticks/Jingle Bells

Replace instruments for music programs. Many are atleast 20 years old. (approved)

b.  Jane Vercoe - $179.00 - A traveling exhibit to come in for 1 week. For use by all students in their art class and to learn more about this famous artist Vincent Van Gogh. (approved)

IV.  Business:

a.  Merchandise will be distributed during parent teacher conferences on Nov 11th 2-6 p.m. in the Gym. Don’t forget to stop in and checkout our bake sale!!!

b.  Santa secret workshop will be held on Dec 8th and setup will be

in Room 303.

c.  Staff Appreciation date will be on Nov 12th.

d.  Seven E.A. jackets have been ordered at the quoted price of $70 each.

V.  Principals Report: (Darren and Mary)

a.  Fall Pictures will be in no later than Nov 13th.

b.  Christmas Programs:

Dec 16th – 2nd and 5th grade

Dec 17th - Kindergarten

Dec 21st - 1st Grade Evening program

c. Feb 18th - 4th Grade program (patriotic theme)

April 28th - 1st and 3rd Grade Programs

VI.  Family Resource Center:

a.  Reminder has been sent out home today about the bake sale.

b.  Volunteer sign in/out sheet and FRC keys will be in the office
