2010 Spring Craft Expo
Show Rules & Regulations
1. Show Dates & TimesSaturday, March 27th, 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Sunday, March 28th, 12:00 to 5:00 p.m.
2. Exhibitor Set-Up TimeSaturday, March 27th, 7:00 to 9:30 a.m.
Due to using a school facility, Friday night is not available for exhibitor set up.
- Break Down-the show lasts until 5:00 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. If you begin taking down your booth before this time, your name will be removed from our files.
- Parking-Vehicles and trailers will not be allowed between buildings. Exhibitors may unload at the front door or the left side of the gym. Due to limited parking, all exhibitors are asked to park in the rear of the school after unloading their vehicles. Exhibitors are not allowed to park in the front parking lot during the show. Please let our guests use the front parking area.
- Booths-Do not extend your exhibit into another booth, the exits or the aisles. Two chairs are provided for each booth. Provided booth numbers must be displayed.
- Electricity-Electricity is only provided to those who requested it on their application form. If you requested electricity, please bring a heavy duty; industrial strength, and UL approved extension cord. The Fire Marshall prohibits household extension cords.
- Tables-exhibitors must provide their own tables.
- NO OPEN CANDLE FLAMES.
- Use of tobacco products-The school system has implemented a tobacco free zone policy including the school’s buildings, grounds and parking lots. Any reported usage of tobacco may jeopardize our usage of the school facilities. Any exhibitor using tobacco will be removed from our files.
- Food and Drinks-are prohibited in the gym (facility rule).
- No Pets!
- Change-Exhibitors must bring their own change.
- Breaks-Club leaders/adult volunteers will sit in exhibitor booths for 10-15 minute breaks during the length of the show.
- Nametags-Each exhibitor will have nametags only for the names listed on the application form as “helpers.” Two helpers are allowed for free admittance, others are asked to pay $1 each day. No children under age 8 are allowed to stay in the booth area.
- Silent Auction (Optional)-Camden 4-H is requesting for vendors to donate an item or 2 to be used in a silent auction that will be conducted on each day (Saturday and Sunday). The silent auction will close one (1) hour before the expo closes for the evening. Winning bidders will be notified each night. Silent Auction items can be dropped off at the Admission/Information Table.

Booth assignment will be forfeited after 8:30 a.m. on March 27th, unless notified of later arrival time prior to March 27th. Booth rentals are non-refundable.
