Subject: 11thResolution 609 (rev.WRC-07) Consultation Meeting

On behalf of the Administration of China, it is our pleasure to invite representatives of Administrations, Sector Members and the ITU-BR to participate in the 11thResolution 609 Consultation Meeting to be held in Shenzhen of P.R.China on October 13-15，2014.

Please note that the meeting will be conducted in English. WLAN access will be provided so that documents posted to the Res. 609 Forum web page may be accessed.

Representatives planning to attend the 11thConsultation Meeting are invited to completeand forward the Form in Annex-1 no later than 15 August, 2014.

The meeting venue will be the Sheraton Shenzhen Futian Hotel located in Futian District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province approximately 30 KmfromShenzhenBaoan International Airport. Venue and hotel accommodation details are provided in Annex-2. It is recommended that the delegates book their accommodation at the venue hotel because of the reduced room rate, however, if desired, there are nearby hotels that are within walking distance of the venue.

Please note: Hotel accommodation needs to be booked at least 2 month in advance. It is recommended that the delegates should book their accommodation positively before 15 August, 2014.

1)You can take the Trans-IslandBus from Hong KongInternational Airport to HuangGang Border in shenzhen .When you get off at HuangGang Border, you need to pass custom. After passing custom, you can take a taxi to the Hotel.
