In consideration of accepting this entry, (I), the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release all rights and claims for injury or damages I may incur, against The City of Indio, the Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce, Thom Emery, Emery Services Inc, the KCBS, the IBCA and any and all representatives, for any and all damages/injuries suffered by me and/or my team in this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings and any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose. I also agree that the organizers of this event may use my likeness, image and voice and that of my guests in any promotional efforts related to this event. I also agree that generic information pertaining to my team and this event may be shared with applicable sanctioning bodies, news media and other entities as deemed reasonable by the event organizers. No personal information will be disclosed. By signing this waiver I acknowledge that I have read and agree to abide by the competition rules of the KCBS, IBCA Emery Services, The City of Indio, the Greater Coachella Valley Chamber of Commerce.
