1. CALL TO ORDER.
The meeting of the LaRue County Board of Education was called to order by Price Smith, Chairman at 7:00 p.m.

The Pledge to the American Flag was led by Mike Hornback, followed by a moment of silent meditation.
2. AGENDA ADOPTED
A motion was made by Joanna Hinton, with a second to the motion by Dawn Conner to adopt the Agenda.

5.CONSIDER PEST CONTRAL SERVICE CONTRACT EXTENSION
A motion was made by Dawn Conner, with a second to the motion by Linda Pearman, to extend the Pest Control Services Contract to Orkin for the 2013-2014 school year in the amount of $300.00.

6.CONSIDER ADVERTISING GARBAGE BID
A motion was made by Joanna Hinton, with a second to the motion by Mike Hornback, to bid Garbage Collection Services.

7.CONSIDER CERTIFIED EVALUATION PLAN FOR 2014-2015
A motion was made by Mike Hornback, with a second to the motion by Linda Pearman, to recommend the state developed evaluation plan for 2014-2015.

8.CONSIDER AUDITOR SELECTION
A motion was made by Mike Hornback, with a second to the motion by Joanna Hinton, to approve Stiles, Carter & Associates for FY2013 audit for the amount of $12,500.
RESULT OF VOTE: 4 YEAS/1 NAY
Linda Pearman voted nay

A motion was made by Dawn Conner, with a second to the motion by Mike Hornback, to adjourn this meeting of the LaRue County Board of Education.
