Final Intern Evaluation

The University of North Texas is committed to excellence in education and research at all levels of our academic program. As part of this ongoing challenge to prepare tomorrow's leaders, we appreciate your participation in our student intern program. Students must be evaluated to determine whether they fulfilled your expectations and to assess what areas need improvement. Please take a few minutes to complete the following. Attach sheets that address questions 5-11. It is due no later than the Friday of the termination of the term for which the student is registered. Please see the UNT Schedule of Classes for details. You should return the evaluation to Kimi King, PO Box 305340, rm. 125 Wooten Hall, Denton Texas, 76203. In the event the student's hours are not completed by that time, you may submit your evaluation later and the students will receive an "Incomplete" in the course. After your evaluation, a grade change will be entered. Thank you again for allowing students to be a part of your political or legal work.
