In the Chief Engineer/Personnel's Memo under reference cited the Inter-se-seniority of 226 Assistant Engineers/Electrical upto the year 2003 were fixed and already communicated. Further the Inter-se-seniority of Assistant Engineers/Elecl who were appointed through Compassionate Grounds and by Re-designation as Assistant Engineer/Electrical from other category during the year 2004 are fixed as shown in the Annexure to this memo.

2) Thiru.S.Muthamilselven, (D.O.B.30.07.1975) (Sl.No.1) Assistant Engineer/ Electrical will take his rank below Thiru.P.Seshadri (DOB: 10.10.1965) (Sl.No.226) who is the last person in the inter-se-seniority list communicated in the reference cited and the seniority of others will be in the same order as indicated in the Annexure.

3) The Assistant Engineers/Electrical are informed that if any discrepancy is found in the inter-se-seniority, they are entitled to make an appeal

within a period of three months and sent to this office through the Superintending
