UB Summer Transportation Form For Springfield Students

Springfield students will be bussed to the NMH campus most Sunday evenings and will return, on a bus, most Friday afternoons. There are days on which students and families will need to drive up to campus. Please refer to the Family Transportation Schedule for specific dates. Please consider offering help if you can transport another student who may not have a ride. Thanks!

A. Bus Stop Information: Check ALL that apply

My child will always have a ride (or will walk) to and from the bus stop at Springfield Central High School.

My family does not have transportation and will need a ride for all events at NMH.

UB Documento de transportación de verano para Springfield

Normalmente, los estudiantes de Springfield viajarán en guagua de Springfield a NMH los domingos por la tarde, y regresarán en guagua los viernes por la tarde.
