DSA Provincial Championships: overall winners of each class per region /district will be guests of honour at the DSA awards evening in March 2016 to receive their colours. A Certificate of Achievement plus a DSA Provincial Badge/Scroll indicating the achievement code will be awarded. They will also receive a signed Photograph of their provinces DSA Provincial Dressage Champion of that year.

Riding School Awards will be presented.

NOTES:

1.  All riders must be registered with DSA
Recreational Member category which is Free registration
Entry Level Member R 114.00 (Preliminary & Novice Tests 1 to 4 – no grading points but performance history recorded)
Full membership is welcome.

2.  All SAEF and DSA Rules shall apply. Entries unaccompanied by the correct entry fees will NOT be accepted.

3.  All tests on Dressage SA website (www.dressagesa.com)

4.  A horse/pony maybe ridden more than once, but by different rider, maximum of 4 tests (lead rein 6 tests)

5.  Dress rules are relaxed although correct protective head gear and shoes with heels must be worn

6.  Entries will be accepted on a first come, first served basis limited to 50 horses.

7.  No refunds will be given after closing date of entries unless with a veterinary/doctor’s certificate less 20% admin fee.

8.  Catering will be available.

9.  No dogs allowed!

10.  Horses to be accompanied by an up-to-date passport

11.  A horse/rider combination may only enter the league once.

12.  A Pelham bit with rein connectors will be allowed should the test selected allow it.

13.  Triangle reins will be allowed for all classes except Novice tests.

14.  Arena size is 60m X 20m, but if there are limiting conditions then the requirements can be relaxed. Arena surrounds are usually 25cm high, but this too can be relaxed. PR/Child tests to be ridden in 40 X 20 Arena.

All persons participating at this event do so at their own risk and will have no claim against the Mjölnir Estate, Dressage South Africa (DSA) or the South African Equestrian Federation (SAEF), including any officials, employees, members, affiliated bodies, show-holding bodies or sponsors of Mjölnir Estate, DSA or SAEF, for any damage or loss of property or death or injury of persons suffered during or in connection with this event from any cause whatsoever. No minor may participate in this event without the permission of his/her guardian, who indemnifies Mjölnir Estate, DSA and SAEF (including all other persons and bodies) against any such claims by such minors
