Please take a few minutes to look through all of these items.
If you wish to reclaim your travel expenses you should pick up a reimbursement form from Ana Popovicand mail it to Jerome Simpson at the address below once you arrive back home. Please fill in all the required information and send it to us, together with all your boarding passes by 1 July and we will transfer the respective amount by mid-July! To collect your per diem, please also see Ana Popovic.These will be reimbursed During the Friday afternoon coffee break. Please note, REC will cover your hotel, but not additional charges made to your room such asyour mini-bar and telephone expenses.
In order to help you prepare for the Country/Territory Progress and Priority Actions session on Day 3, during which we shall determine concrete steps for continuing the project(s) and scope priorities for improving access to environmental information in SEE, we have included two handoutswith discussion questions (Annex 1) and a draft statement summarizing progress and priorities (Annex 2). Please prepare yourself by reading through these documents.
Finally, you will see from the Agenda that we have invitedexpert trainers from ESRI and guest speakers to Belgrade. Please warmly welcome them, and use the opportunity to ask questions and find out more about their work, and draw on their know-how during the training session!
Before you go home, do complete the workshop evaluation form. Without it, we won’t be able to improve upon our workshops for future occasions. Last chance to hand over is Friday night before we enjoy a farewell dinner at "Dva Jelena" Restaurant in Skadarlija.

It goes without saying of course that you are encouraged to enjoy the sights and sounds of Belgrade. To help you, we have included a city map.
